When accessing the Site and/or the Platform, QWEEKO may collect and process Users' Personal Data, acting as Data Controller on the one hand and as Processor on the other.
Protecting Users' Personal Data is a priority for QWEEKO. This Privacy Policy sets out QWEEKO's commitments and Users' rights regarding the processing of their Personal Data. Users are invited to read it before accessing and browsing the Site and/or the Platform.
Capitalised terms have the meaning given below, whether used in the singular or plural.
Purpose. This Policy informs Users about: how QWEEKO collects and processes their Personal Data on the Site and the Platform as Data Controller; the rights they have and how to exercise them; and the conditions under which QWEEKO, as Processor, processes Personal Data on behalf of Clients in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
Scope. This Policy governs only the collection and processing of Users' Personal Data carried out by QWEEKO in connection with access to and use of the Site and/or the Platform. It does not apply to processing carried out by Clients in their capacity as Data Controller.
Changes. QWEEKO may amend this Policy at any time, in particular to ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory developments. Any new version is published on the Site and the Platform with its update date. Each new connection constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

Personal Data collected to provide the Services on the Platform are processed by QWEEKO as processor on behalf of the Clients, who are solely responsible for such processing.
As Data Controller, QWEEKO may collect: identification Data (surname, first name); contact Data (email); professional Data (company); usage Data; connection Data (user agent, IP address).
Access to and improvement of the Site; handling requests via the contact form; commercial prospecting; cookie placement; sending newsletters about QWEEKO's activities; handling requests to exercise rights.
Access to Personal Data is limited to QWEEKO's authorised internal departments and to third parties mandated by QWEEKO. QWEEKO may share your Data with its commercial partners, subject to the User's prior consent, which may be withdrawn at any time. QWEEKO may disclose certain Data at the request of legally authorised authorities.
Under the applicable Regulations, Users have the rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure and restriction (Art. 17), withdrawal of consent (Art. 7), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21), the right to set instructions for their data after death, and the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

QWEEKO implements the necessary technical and organisational measures: access restricted to authorised staff; secure premises; contractual guarantees with external providers (Webflow, Google Tag Manager, AWS, Adobe Fonts, Cloudflare), in accordance with their privacy policies.
Browsing may result in cookies being placed. Functional cookies and analytics/audience-measurement cookies are used. Information collected through these cookies is not kept for more than thirteen (13) months. A banner lets you accept or refuse cookies on first access; Users may change or withdraw their consent at any time via the Site and/or their browser settings (see the CNIL), except for technical cookies that are strictly necessary.

As Processor, QWEEKO carries out, on behalf of the Client, the creation of the Client Account and the provision of the Services. In this respect, QWEEKO may collect: identification Data (surname, first name); contact Data (email, phone); professional Data (company, role); usage Data; connection Data (user agent, IP address, connection logs).
This Data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship with the Client. At the end of that relationship, QWEEKO returns the Data to the Client and destroys any copy on its systems, within the limits of its legal retention obligations. Data subjects exercise their rights directly with the Client.
